Menopause Maidens

The story is about six over-the-hill gals, who visit their psychiatrist on a regular basis,
with complaints of depression, hot flashes, anxiety and a host of other symptoms. They
just cannot figure out what is wrong with themselves! Shutter speed: 1/125; f-stop 5.6.

Worry Wart

Meet Margaret. She's the backbone of the shrink's office, where all the Menopause
Maidens come. She's a little worse for the wear. I used my Sony A1A camera to and
my Sony 70-300 zoom to photograph Margaret. Shutter speed: 1/125; f-stop: 4.0.

Red

Meet Red. Little Red Riding Hood. Wow! Is she photogenic! She appeared at the very
end of the play, but make no mistake...her role was not insignificant. I used my Sony on-
camera flash, as you can tell by the shadow over her left shoulder. No time to set up lights
before the performance began. Shutter speed: 1/60; f-stop: 6.3.

Suspicious Eyes

Her name is Snow White, but everybody knows her as "Snow." You'd have suspicious
eyes too, if you lived with seven dwarfs. I used my Sony telephoto lens and on-camera
flash for this shot. Shutter speed: 1/125; f-stop: 5.6.

No Glass Slipper for This Gal!

Cinderella was one smart cookie. She figured if she was going to do housework, she
ought to do it in boots! Glass slippers were for spoiled gals. Spoiling was something
she knew nothing about!Shutter speed: 1/125; f-stop: 4.0.

Sleeping Gorgeous

This is my dear friend Drew Ann. It's because of her, that I was fortunate to shoot the Menopause
Maidens. She's also a fabulous actor! We met acting in the Drama ministry at our church...been
friends ever since. Check out the gown – and the awesome jacket – who would want to sleep
through life in an outfit like this? Shutter speed: 1/125; f-stop: 5.6.

Flaming Skirt

So, Sleeping Beauty stayed awake long enough for me to photograph her flaming skirt gracefully placed around the floor. I'll tell you a little secret: there was a hole in the floor and Beauty was really standing in the hole, on a ladder. Oh, sometimes I'm so funny, I can't stand myself!
